Protac Driver Backrest began in 1993. We started as a small business and have remained that way to this very day. Behind every backrest are four hard-working individuals at our facility in Iva, South Carolina. The Driver Backrest is our only product which we produce throughout the majority of the year.
Our work began with making a backrest for the Honda Shadow 1100 and sort of grew from there. Over the years, we have added over 60+ models to our assortment. While our backrest is not a chromed product, we are confident that its construction quality will allow it to last longer than the bike in most cases. We are often asked if our backrest looks good. We like to think that it may not add to the looks of your bike, but it certainly won't take away from them!
We want our customers to be happy with our product so we have a money back warranty. If you are not happy with your Driver Backrest, just send it back within 45 days and we will refund all your money with the exception of an $8.00 restocking fee.
